Cricket Week - As per every year this is the first FULL week of August 6th to the 10th. Alaric, Nim and Drabble are organising matches and social events. On Friday we have a 6 a side day, cost is £6 each or £40 a team (Max 8 players).
Caps - I have a number of Baseball style caps in stock from Warsop at £15 each. If you want one, please let me know. I also still have a small selection of shirts.
Given the dry weather the outfield is rather brown. If you chose to smoke, please be aware of the potential fire hazard and only dispose of your butts in the bins provided and not on the field. There was an incident during the 2nd XI game on Saturday that burnt a patch of grass near the clubhouse.
