Notice is hereby given to all members that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Eastwood Cricket Club will be held on Sunday, 24th November, 2013 7:30pm at Belfairs Sports and Social club to conduct the following businesses:
A G E N D A
1. Welcome address by the Chairman.
2. Confirm and approve minutes of the AGM held on 24th February 2013.
3. Receive and adopt annual Report and audited financial statement for the year ending 31/10/2013.
4. Chairman’s and Secretary report.
5. Ratify admission of new managing committee members and team captains.
7. Discuss any other matter with the permission of the chair.
8. Vote of Thanks.
Please note that:
If there is no quorum till 7:45pm, the meeting shall be adjourned for another 30 minutes. Following that, the meeting will be held and conducted irrespective of whether there is a quorum or not.
Only members of the society are eligible to attend and participate in the meeting according to the constitution of the club. No proxy attendance or voting will be allowed.
