Eastwood Cricket Club Treasurer Report.

Dear ##firstname##

The end of October also means it’s the end of the Club’s financial year and therefore I’m now finalising everything in readiness for producing the annual accounts. On the whole it
looks as though it has been a steady year for the Club financially with our budget panning out pretty much as we thought, not losing many matches to the weather always helps.
Part of finalising the accounts normally involves myself and Neil having to go through all the match sheets to check for unpaid match fees and subscriptions and then producing a list of people to chase up however this year is a little different. Due to improvements in the website and the way it works, due in no uncertain part to feedback and requests from Neil, this year all the match fees and subscription payments have been instantly recorded on the website, as have any missed payments; and each members’ record is visible to that individual member on the website.

Therefore, this year we would like to request that ALL members log on to the club website, if you then hover over ‘My Profile’ you can then click on ‘My Payments’ this will take you to your own personal page which logs all payments made and outstanding for the season. Any payments outstanding can then be seen by each member. If you have any queries then please feel free to contact me at ecctreasurer@btinternet.com

I would ask that ALL members check and either clear any payments due or contact me with any queries to save us having to chase up everyone. Our preferred method of receiving payments is by electronic transfer to the club account at HSBC, account number is 81125559, sort code 40-02-44, please put your name and match fees in the reference details; of course we will still happily accept cheques or good, old-fashioned, folding money or coin of the realm....
Remember it is in everyone’s interests that the club remains on a stable footing, it is only by doing so that we can maintain our fees at reasonable levels for the good of all members.

Thanks in advance for all your help on this.

Trevor Harp, Treasurer.
