Eastwood Cricket Club committee meeting 12^th June 2012

Present: Graham Fletcher (GF), Dave Howe (DH), Trevor Harp (TH), Neil Mason (NM), Kevin Robinson (KR), Paul Heath (PH)

Apologies: Dan Fullurton, John Mitchell, Richard Ackery. James Drabble, Ashley Long, Al Wade, Ian Roake

Outstanding items:

1. Clubhouse Banner – Needs to be put on road side of clubhouse – KR to contact Pete Karaiskos to fix hooks.
2. Missing 2011 1st XI match sheets – DF investigating two missing sheets
3. Player wanted leaflets – PH to arrange and pass on to NM
4. Sunday cricket – AW has removed current fixtures. GF to look for a person to run Sunday side.
5. Newsletter - IR requires words for new newsletter.
6. Outstanding debts. TH to pass on all paperwork regarding outstanding debts for Raj. Joel has agreed to pay on the 18th of each month to clear debt.
7. Reg forms. NM to supply outstanding list of membership forms that are required.

New items:

1. Cricket week – look for social functions. Ideas include: Quiz – Kingfisher emails (GF to follow up) BBQ, Beer Festival week, 10/10 youth team games
2. Social events – need to host some GF to arrange 6 a side. Perhaps a poker night and a race night?
3. Tour – GF booked hotel
4. Club kit GF to order.
